Testimonials

Bryan Whitehurst
AirtranAirlines

"The painting of 356 and 357 is completed and I would like to commend the Dean Baldwin crew for their exceptional job in the performance of the painting, the paper work, and especially the focus on safety for the personnel and the aircraft. My observation that they follow in their safety practices almost ensures there will not be any damage to equipment for the customer. Ralph Cox came in and was impressed with the facility management and work. This is by far the best paint facility I have been to except for Boeing Seattle and their work is on par with them." "Aircraft 5426 is in the hangar next to my office and it just came from ROW last night.  Please relay this message to your ROW team.  VERY NICE JOB! The aircraft looks great.  Their hard work and dedication shows in their workmanship." Dated January 16th, 2009

Rick Davila
General Manager, Ty Air

"On behalf of the entire Ty Air organization, thank you very much for an admirable experience at the Dean Baldwin Painting facility in Roswell, New Mexico. Our experience was impressive and exceptional in all respects, from the initial contact with Ms. Jeanne Warren to the superb customer service provided by Mr. Jim Burres, and Mr. Chris Huebner. Your entire team was ready to accept the aircraft and begin work immediately the moment we arrived.

As well, please pass on our complementary appreciations and high regards to your outstanding and talented crew of painters. Their hard work and professionalism produced a stunning product for our Aircraft Owner to enjoy. The entire paint crew along with Martin's notable leadership role with the painting crew took obvious pride in their work, and it certainly shows in the finished product. You and your team have won another satisfied customer for Dean Baldwin Painting, and we will definitely seek out again in the future when another project arises.

As a small token of our appreciations, we hope that the new family addition to the Dean Baldwin Organization and your employees will enjoy the accompanying Ty Beanie Babies. Thanks again for a wonderful job well done!"  Dated June 11th, 2007

Steve Hall
Program Manager, DBP

"Last night at 10:30 PM, Dave Mundhenk, customer rep for US Airways shook my hand and commented, “Thanks for another quality delivery”. He did the same with Chris Huebner and Randy Ray. This was in reference to the delivery of N812AW. This was an especially difficult delivery due to the Internet being down and not being able to access Scepter at US Airways.

These comments although short and sweet hold great meaning. I am proud to be allowed to accept his thanks and want to ensure the rest of Dean Baldwin Painting that this is a direct reflection of the hard work of the entire Dean Baldwin Team.

Thanks and keep up the good work." Dated March 19th, 2007

“I copied this local 309 MXW maintenance flyer article to show you a reason why we pushed so hard for S/N 65-0968 to meet its AMREP and how Dean Baldwin Painting contributed substantiially to Ogden ALC's means to meet its delivery schedules.”

2-Year Record On 31 July, the 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group marked the milestone of two years since the last delivery of a late aircraft. The squadron commanders have done a great job, over the past 24 months, to achieve this milestone. Some squadrons have surpassed the two-year record, but as a group, they have worked together to ensure that they are all successful, and have placed thier own success in jeopardy to support a sister squadron.

“During the changeover on Saturday, the crew was shuffled from the arriving aircraft to the departure aircraft wheich had been ready for some time.  The First Officer, while doing the walk around, commented that the paint job was extremely well done and that this was the best paint job he has seen on a SAAB.” Dated May 14th, 2006

“Thanks for another quality delivery.  Kudos to Steve Hall, Chris Huebner and Randy Ray for an especially difficult delivery with the internet down, and not being able to access Sceptor (US Airway Maintenance Documentation Database). Dated May 8th, 2006
