Goodyear Facility Key Personnel
Mike joined Dean Baldwin Painting as General Manager of the Phoenix Goodyear Facility in Arizona in 2012. Mike Knapp brings over 26 years of aircraft painting experience to Dean Baldwin Painting. Mr. Knapp began his career at Dyn Air Tech in 1987 as a prepper. Over the next 10 years, he advanced to supervisor responsible for all aircraft painting activities at Dyn Air Tech. Mike joined AMS Goodyear in 1996 as Paint Supervisor responsible for a crew of 20 paint technicians. In 2004, Mike went to work for Associated Painters in Goodyear, AZ and became Manager in 2008 through 2012 before starting with the Dean Baldwin Painting Company.
