The Roswell, New Mexico facility was acquired and opened in 1999. This aircraft painting facility processes an average of 120-150 aircraft each year. The facility serves virtually all sectors of the aviation industry, including commercial, military, and VIP corporate aircraft painting.

Roswell Facility Key Personnel
Mr. Quinteros has over 27 years of experience in commercial aviation and is recognized for his achievements resulting in quality improvements and cost reductions while driving up customer satisfaction. Prior to joining the Dean Baldwin team, Mr. Quinteros spent 7 years with MEC Group as Vice President of Operations, followed by 5 years with Sky Support Aviation as an aviation consultant focusing on FAA and EASA regulations, aircraft acquisitions and heavy maintenance. He also spent several years with MHI Milwaukee, WI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, where he Managed revenue strategies, sales, and customer engagement tactics and, managed commercial aviation heavy maintenance checks and supervised and trained employees on technical support.
Max Quinteros holds an FAA Airman Certificate, an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Pacific Coast College, Long Beach, CA and numerous aviation course certificates and certifications.
Tammy Casaus joined the Dean Baldwin Painting LP Roswell team in May 2023 as an administrative assistant. She quickly demonstrated her organizational skills and attention to detail and was promoted to Materials Manager. Prior to joining Dean Baldwin Painting, Tammy worked for Waide Irrigation.
Tammy has an Associate in Business, degree and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
With over 25 years in Human Resources, Adan Vazquez is passionate about building strong teams and creating inclusive, engaging workplaces. He brings extensive experience in employee relations and HR operations, including nine years at Leprino Foods, where he helped shape key company-wide policies. Outside of work, Adan enjoys family time, culinary adventures, and working his land.
Don has been with Dean Baldwin Painting since 2011 and has developed company training courses to ensure we are meeting all FAA and customer training requirements. He has over 20 years of experience managing, training, compliance and operations, including current position as Training Coordinator / Supervisor. He is highly proficient in system set-up, planning, organizing and directing wide range of training activities, testing and integration. He has held multiple financial positions, Secret Security Clearances and is an United States Army veteran.
Ruben was born in Mexico in 1971 and graduated from the Technical Institute of Chihuahua II in 1995. He majored in Computer Science (Licenciatura En Informatica). He moved to the United States in 2000. He has been happily married for 20 years and has 2 incredible children. He is also a grandfather to a beautiful granddaughter. He joined Dean Baldwin Painting in 2001. Ruben is passionate about his role and has been promoted progressively during his time at Dean Baldwin. He began his career as a HazMat and Water Treatment Tech. In 2001, he developed the Decals Department. In 2010, he became the Facility Maintenance and GSE Manager.
Brad Stewart brings over 44 years of aviation experience to his role as Accountable Manager and Chief Inspector at Dean Baldwin Painting’s Roswell facility. He joined the company in November 2024 as Chief Inspector, following a distinguished career in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and launch operations.
A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, Brad served 24 years as a B-52 Bomber In-Flight Crew Chief. In the private sector, he held key positions with Boeing, Gulfstream Aerospace, Virgin Galactic, Sierra Space, and AST SpaceMobile, where he led the successful build and deployment of five satellites.
He holds certifications as an A&P Mechanic and is pursuing a private pilot license. His education includes an MBA, a Bachelor’s in Aviation Management, an Associate of Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology, and a certificate in electronics.
Brad’s career highlights include supporting the first launch of Virgin Galactic’s UNITY spacecraft and the inaugural private commercial spaceflight with Sir Richard Branson. His deep technical expertise and leadership make him a vital part of the Dean Baldwin Painting team.
Felipe de Jesus Vega Sanchez joined Dean Baldwin Painting in March 2025 as Program Manager at the Roswell facility. He brings over 30 years of operations management experience in PCB assembly, electromagnetic components, and plastic injection molding industries.
Previously, Felipe served as Program Manager at Collins Aerospace in Nogales, Mexico, where he led the successful introduction of electrical harnesses and LED reading lights into production for clients such as Viking Air, Bombardier, Boeing, and Airbus.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering in Electronics from Instituto Tecnológico de Nogales and is certified in Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9000 Quality System Implementation, and ISO 9000 Internal Auditing.
José Llanos joined Dean Baldwin Painting LP in 2024 as the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager at the Roswell, New Mexico facility. With over 17 years of experience in aviation, construction, and manufacturing, he specializes in developing proactive safety cultures and aligning EHS programs with global standards.
Holding a Chemical Engineering degree, an MBA, and advanced certifications in Environmental Management and Industrial Safety, José has led initiatives that significantly reduced workplace incidents and ensured compliance with OSHA, FAA, DOT, and RCRA regulations. His expertise includes ISO 45001 and NORSOK standards, fire suppression systems, PPE optimization, and respiratory protection programs.
Previously, as a Regional EHS Manager in Latin America, he achieved over 40% reductions in accident rates through systematic risk assessments and standardized safety protocols. José is dedicated to fostering environments where safety is integral to operational excellence, ensuring every aircraft serviced contributes to a safe journey for passengers worldwide.
