The Peru, Indiana facility was acquired in 2012 and completely renovated, converting the facility to a 156,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art aircraft painting center. The facility is made up of four segregated bays and is expandable to six bays. The hangar will accommodate aircraft as large as a B747-8. Grissom Aeroplex is home to the U.S. Air Force Reserve 434th Air Refueling Wing.

Zach Durham

General Manager

As General Manager, Zach Durham is responsible for all day-to-day operations and the overall success of the Peru, Indiana facility.

Zach is a Navy Veteran having served five years as a Navy Corpsman. Zach served in OIF 2005 as a member of the Second Marine Airwing Casevac Team, where he accumulated over 100 combat flight hours in CH-46 helicopters.

Mr. Durham join the Dean Baldwin team in 2013 where he started as a warehouse staff employee. Zach quickly rose to the position of Material manager where he helped to streamline and fine tune the policies and procedures for the Material Department at the new facility. After a brief leave from Dean Baldwin Painting in 2021, where Zach spent two years as V.P. of Operations at a trailer manufacturing company; Zach rejoined the team in June 2023 bringing more diverse knowledge and a higher-level understanding of Material Management as it relates to organizational success; as well as, senior level leadership experience.

Jason Sedberry

Chief Inspector / FAA Accountable Manager

Jason Sedberry joined Dean Baldwin Painting in 2013 as lead inspector and was promoted to Chief Inspector in 2016. Jason has over 20 years of aviation experience. His career began with D&R Aircraft Services, where he spent over 15 years. While with D&R Aircraft Services, Jason performed major maintenance including inspection, repair and alterations on numerous aircraft types. Jason has extensive aviation maintenance and regulatory experience and holds an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License as well as numerous technical certifications.

Molly Braun

Human Resource Manager

Molly Braun joined Dean Baldwin Painting LP in June of 2023 as the Senior Human Resources Manager responsible for the HR functions of all the Dean Baldwin Painting sites, with a home base at the Indiana facility. With over twenty years of experience Molly brings inclusive, equitable, dynamic, emotionally intelligent, and solution-driven professionalism to the team, with supervisory and entrepreneurial experience in Human Resources, Operations and high level, cross-functional management. Molly spent years as a Learning Operations Manager at Amazon, HRM at two national big box retailers and owned her own business for over a decade. She has a proven track record of delivering results, solving problems, and motivating people. Molly holds PHR certification, is sitting for SPHR certification in October 2023, and is completing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership/HR at Purdue University. She is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering employee growth and development, and supporting organizational change and innovation.

Tim Hampton

Training Manager

Timothy Hampton, hired September 2023, is the Training Manager for the Peru, Indiana facility. He brings 10 years of aviation experience from the United States Air Force. During his Air Force service, he certified as a C-17A Instructor, Evaluator, PNAF (Prime Nuclear Airlift Force) Evaluator, and ODF (Operation Deep Freeze) Instructor. He held positions as non-commissioned-officer-in-charge of the Training Department, Standardization and Evaluation Department, and Base Training Department. He trained and developed courses, requalification plans, and taught safety, systems, and procedure to the McChord crew force. As a PNAF Evaluator, he scrutinized training, certifications, and procedural standards to ensure the safe and proper airlift of nuclear cargo, nuclear-related cargo, and limited life components. Following his military tenure, he was employed by FCA Chrysler/Stellantis as a plant launch production supervisor where he assisted in the launch of the Kokomo Engine Plant. He gained production experience supervising three departments and developing training requirements, quality procedural documentation, and safety assessments within each department.
