The Peru, Indiana facility was acquired in 2012 and completely renovated, converting the facility to a 156,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art aircraft painting center. The facility is made up of four segregated bays and is expandable to six bays. The hangar will accommodate aircraft as large as a B747-8. Grissom Aeroplex is home to the U.S. Air Force Reserve 434th Air Refueling Wing.

Zach Durham

General Manager

As General Manager, Zach Durham is responsible for all day-to-day operations and the overall success of the Peru, Indiana facility.

Zach is a Navy Veteran having served five years as a Navy Corpsman. Zach served in OIF 2005 as a member of the Second Marine Airwing Casevac Team, where he accumulated over 100 combat flight hours in CH-46 helicopters.

Mr. Durham join the Dean Baldwin team in 2013 where he started as a warehouse staff employee. Zach quickly rose to the position of Material manager where he helped to streamline and fine tune the policies and procedures for the Material Department at the new facility. After a brief leave from Dean Baldwin Painting in 2021, where Zach spent two years as V.P. of Operations at a trailer manufacturing company; Zach rejoined the team in June 2023 bringing more diverse knowledge and a higher-level understanding of Material Management as it relates to organizational success; as well as, senior level leadership experience.

Benita Tyler

Human Resources Manager

Benita Tyler joined Dean Baldwin Painting in 2025 as the HR Manager. Benita has over twenty years of HR experience working in various capacities and industries as an HR professional. Benita is passionate about leadership, employee engagement, and helping to drive culture. Benita holds a Master of Business degree and is currenting working in pursuit of obtaining a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

Jason Sedberry

FAA Accountable Manager / Training Manager

Jason Sedberry joined Dean Baldwin Painting in 2013 as lead inspector and was promoted to Chief Inspector in 2016. Jason has over 20 years of aviation experience. His career began with D&R Aircraft Services, where he spent over 15 years. While with D&R Aircraft Services, Jason performed major maintenance including inspection, repair and alterations on numerous aircraft types. Jason has extensive aviation maintenance and regulatory experience and holds an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License as well as numerous technical certifications.

Jeff Hunter

Chief Inspector

Jeff Hunter brings more than 41 years of aviation experience, having served in numerous senior leadership roles throughout his career. He joins the company from MII Aero, where he served as Operations Director. His previous leadership positions include General Manager, Director of Maintenance, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager.

Jeff holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License with Inspection Authorization (IA). He is trained and experienced on a wide range of aircraft platforms, including Boeing, Airbus, McDonnell Douglas, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin aircraft.

Jeff is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served 12 years as a Non-Commissioned Officer. During his military career, he spent four years as a B-52 Flying Crew Chief on Nuclear Alert and eight years as an F-16 Alert Crew Chief. His commendations include the Cold War Service Medal, Nuclear Deterrence Operations Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, three Air Force Achievement Medals, the National Defense Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, and the Expert Marksmanship Ribbon.

Throughout his career, Jeff has demonstrated extensive aviation management expertise aligned with AS9110C and AS9100 standards, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Moses Ngwanah

Program Manager

Moses Ngwanah began working with Dean Baldwin in October 2024 as a program manager in Roswell, New Mexico. He quickly integrated into the team and played a key role in improving project execution and delivery. His leadership approach, focused on empowering the team, was instrumental in achieving this positive outcome.

Moses is a passionate project manager with data driven mindset and experience from a variety of projects within the aviation industry, including airport master plan development and launching new airlines. Before joining Dean Baldwin, Moses has held several executive positions in the aviation industry across Africa. While acting as the Chief Operating Officer of GS Aviation, Moses implemented a turnaround strategy that improved sales, increased operational reliability and optimized resources.

An active voice in the aviation sector in Africa, Moses has authored several articles addressing the challenges and opportunities within African aviation. Moses holds several certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP)®, a Masters in Applied leadership and Management from Arizona State University and another Master of Sustainable Air Transport Management, Madrid Spain.

Facility Maintenance Manager

Ryan McCabe is a results-oriented Facility Maintenance Manager at Dean Baldwin Painting, with over 20 years of experience in electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, and industrial process optimization. As a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Ryan specializes in data-driven problem solving, process improvement, and operational excellence.

His career includes key technical and leadership roles at Tyson Foods, Subaru, FCA Chrysler, and Medtronic. He has a proven track record in preventive maintenance, energy efficiency initiatives, lean manufacturing, and the implementation of automation solutions. Ryan excels at leading teams, managing large-scale equipment upgrades, and fostering a culture of safety and reliability.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial manufacturing engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology, graduating Cum Laude. His combination of hands-on experience and strategic thinking helps organizations reduce downtime, improve quality, and increase efficiency across operations.

Greg Harden

Materials Manager

Greg Harden brings a strong background in purchasing, procurement, and vendor relations. He offers more than two years of hands-on experience in materials management, along with over a decade of proven success supporting operations at the Blakley Corporation.

Greg’s expertise includes cost-saving negotiations, data management, and logistics, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the strategic and day-to-day demands of a fast-paced operational environment. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for his strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and ability to build and maintain effective vendor partnerships.

From ensuring accurate order fulfillment to supporting reliable shipping and receiving processes, Greg’s experience and leadership contribute directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. His collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement make him a great addition to our team.
